Traveling with the ThinkPad:
Security of the ThinkPad is the responsibility of the traveler. Wake Forest University owns these computers, but you are responsible to keep it working and protect it from theft. Here are some tips for traveling with your ThinkPad.

Protect it
Use a padded laptop bag, or sleeve when traveling with the ThinkPad.

Keep it accessible
Airport security may request that you turn on your machine during a security check.

Carry on
The ThinkPad should be carried onto the plane with you. Do not check the ThinkPad or store in your suitcase during travel.
