ThinkPad Repair:
Warranty repair for the ThinkPad is available internationally. The International warranty service (IWS) has a list of countries and phone numbers where you may obtain international warranty service. Look up the warranty status of your ThinkPad. TIP: We recommend including a printed copy of the warranty status information with the ThinkPad being repaired by a Service Center.
NOTE: Students at the WFU houses in Vienna, Venice and London should contact the Student Assistant for repair issues. Students at the WFU Center in Salamanca should contact the Student Assistant or Faculty Director Prof. Gª Garrido for repair issues. |
