Study Abroad Information

Information Systems Student Assistant (SA):

Every session, Information Systems trains a selected student to serve as the student assistant (SA) for each Wake Forest OCST supported location. The SA serves as a liason between people at the House/Center and Information Systems. All technology issues should be reported to the SA. The SA then works with Information Systems in resolving these issues.

The SA reports weekly to Information Systems on problems encountered and the resolution of those issues. Additionally the SA completes a survey at the end of the semester that will outline identifiable problem trends so that Information Systems can repair/resolve them.
